Can I change or refund a customized order?
Customized orders may not be changed or altered once the order is placed. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on customized products except in the event of item defects or our error.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns within 30 days of purchase, excluding customized gifts which are final sale. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, and be in their original packaging. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. To initiate your return, please email us at support@mykeeper.com.

My item seems defective or incorrect. Can you help?
If you believe your item is defective, please reach out to us with photographic evidence of the issue within three to five days of receiving your item, and we will provide you with a replacement or refund. To report your defective item, please email us at support@mykeeper.com.
