How fast do you ship?
Most laurelboxes ship within 1 to 3 business days. Orders that include custom engraving ship within 3 to 5 business days. International orders ship within 7 to 10 business days.
Our offices are closed and do not ship on Federal Holidays. Once shipped, our carriers deliver based on the approximate schedule listed below.
Standard Shipping & Hand Packaging: Approximately 4 to 8 business days
Priority Shipping & Hand Packaging: Approximately 2 to 5 business days
International Shipping & Hand Packaging (Direct Duties Paid): Approximately 8 to 14 business days
Please note that once all orders leave our office, we are not responsible for carrier delays. We know that they will feel loved and remembered by your gesture, even if the gift is a bit delayed. If your order is lost, our shipping insurance covers the cost of a replacement laurelbox.
How long should I expect for my package to arrive once it has shipped?
We ship via USPS. You will have the option to choose your shipping method at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?
We do not offer free shipping, and our shipping prices start at $6.95 per laurelbox sent.
Can you change my shipping address once my order is placed?
If there is an error on your shipping address, please email us immediately. Once an order is in processing and your shipping label is generated, we’re unable to make any changes to the shipping address—thank you for understanding! To ensure everything is correct, we recommend reviewing your order confirmation email carefully. If you spot any errors before your order is processed, reach out to us immediately with the new address at support@mykeeper.com. We’ll gladly update the address for you!
My laurelbox is arriving late even though I chose priority shipping. What should I do about this?
We are so sorry your laurelbox has been delayed! Unfortunately, if the delay occurs because of delays with USPS, it is out of our control and we cannot offer refunds for delays. If, however, the delay seems outside of normal (10 to 15 days after shipment), email us at support@mykeeper.com and we will look into it with you! If your order is lost, our shipping insurance covers the cost of a replacement laurelbox
I got a delivery notification, but my friend says they never got the box. Ah - help!
We are so sorry to hear you are having trouble with your order! Have your friend take a good look around their home/yard/front door/neighbor's home. They can also ask their local carrier or call their local USPS office. Also, keep in mind one of the funniest little quirks of USPS is that they give themselves 1-2 days AFTER a package is marked delivered to actually deliver the package.
So, if you've searched around, given USPS the additional 1-2 days after receiving the notice of delivery, and called your local USPS office and you still don't have the package in hand, send us an email at support@mykeeper.com. We will jump in on this with you! Breath easy – 99% of the time the laurelbox shows up. The great news is that we ship all our boxes with shipping insurance, which will cover the cost of a replacement laurelbox.
It looks like my laurelbox delivery was unsuccessful. Can you help me?
We are so sorry to hear you are having trouble with your order! Please be sure to closely watch the tracking information in your order shipment email. Your first step towards locating your order would be a call to the local USPS office that is delivering your order.
If that is unsuccessful, send us an email at support@mykeeper.com. We are here to help locate your laurelbox, but we cannot guarantee success.
If the delivery was unsuccessful due to customer error inputting the address, and the order is delivered back to our warehouse, we will ship a replacement for the cost of shipping. Reach out to us via email and we will take good care of you!
All sales are final once the gift leaves the laurelbox warehouse. If the gift you sent has been returned to our warehouse, you will be notified by email. You have 5 business days to respond with a new shipping address or the order will be refunded minus a 30% restock fee. You can ship the returned gift to a new address or to yourself if you prefer. The reshipment fee is the cost of shipping.
