As KeeperQR’s are uniquely made to link to your loved ones online memorial page, all KeeperQR purchases are final.
What if my KeeperQR arrives damaged?
If your KeeperQR is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 10 business days of receipt. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damage in your email to support@mykeeper.com. We’ll review your request and may issue a replacement if it qualifies.
Can I exchange my KeeperQR for a different design or order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges because KeeperQR’s are uniquely made to link to your loved ones online memorial page. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
How long do I have to report a damaged item?
You must report any damage within 10 business days of receiving your KeeperQR to be eligible for a review and possible replacement.
