How do I send a message to guests that RSVPd to an event?

Keeper makes it easy to contact the guests who RSVP for your event.

1. 1. Log in to your account
   2. Navigate to the Memorial page
   3. Locate the Event page
   4. Scroll to the Guests section
   5. To message all guests, select Message all guests

   

   6. To message an individual guest, hover your cursor over the guest name and select the envelope icon

   

   • Note: If a guest has not provided their email address, the envelope icon will not be visible and you will not be able to send them a message. 
   7. Enter your desired message into the field 
   8. Select Send message
