Keeper Administrators on a Keeper Plus account can choose to allow visitors to download all media from the Life & Mementos section. This includes all images and videos shared throughout the Memorial page.
To to turn the option on or off:
- Log in to your Keeper Account
- Navigate to the Memorial page
- Select the Life & Mementos tab
- Select Edit Life & Mementos
- See the option to Allow visitors to download Mementos
- Tap the toggle button to the right to allow guests to download all Mementos
- Tap the toggle button to the left to block guests from downloading Mementos
