How do I deactivate my account?

If you would like to deactivate your Keeper account at any time you are able to do so.

Before deactivating your account, ensure that you are no longer the Keeper Administrator of any existing memorial(s). If you would like your Memorial pages to remain active, you must assign an additional Keeper Administrator to the page to manage it.

If you want to deactivate your account, here are the following steps to do so:

1. Log in to your Account
2. You will be directed to the Dashboard
3. Click on Account Settings 

4. At the bottom, select Other Settings

5. From there, you can deactivate your Living Memorial Page, or your account
