Interests & Milestones | What are Interests & Milestones?

Interests and Milestones are Life & Mementos Story templates, designed to help you share bite-sized facts and dates in easy-to-read, visual formats. Use Interests to display the little things your loved one liked to do, like hobbies or favorite foods. Use the different Milestones categories to easily create a detailed timeline of your loved one’s achievements and life story. Or choose Create Your Own to tell your loved one’s story, your way!

  1. Follow these steps to Edit Life & Mementos
  2. Select +Add Interests or Milestones below the View Life & Mementos button

  3. In the window that appears, select the type of milestones or interests you’d like to share

    • Interests help you share your loved one’s hobbies, favorite activities, and more

    • Family Milestones helps you chart the creation of your loved one’s family via marriage, having children, moving into a home, and more

    • Academic Milestones are for chronicling academic history and achievements, like degrees earned

    • Professional Milestones track the career timeline and work life of your loved one

    • Military Milestones help chronicle the history and timeline of service in the military

    • Create your own lets you mix-and-match features from all the Milestone categories mentioned above

  4. Fill in the date and description fields
  5. Select Text Only, or Icon and Text to include a graphic to illustrate Milestones

  6. Once you’re happy with your Story, click on Save Story 

💡  Tip: Each tab you fill in will post as separate stories, so we recommend saving once you’ve completed each individual tab so you don’t lose any progress!
